Intention
Setting an intention is aligning with an impulse within. With each daily practice, more will rise to the surface to clear what obscures your light and health. This allows your intention to come into being whole-heartedly.
Action
Each morning, throughout the series, I will offer a 50-minute yoga class and 10 minutes of meditation on Zoom. This series will provide the foundation for you to begin and cultivate a practice that will deepen your connections to your health and wholeness.
Transformation
Commitment is an act of devotion to ourselves. As a teacher I will hold the space for you to step in, every day, to feel and integrate what will be waiting for you. The held space alone is transformational. You decide how to show up and by doing so you afford yourself the opportunity to evolve.
